Talantir is building Europe’s most agile AI-driven platform for early-career readiness and internship simulation. We’re looking for a Junior Content Editor to turn research and drafts into clear, publication-ready pieces across education, HRTech, and the future of work.

Your role

  • Edit and adapt texts across formats: research briefs, academic articles, blog posts, case studies.
  • Ensure clarity, structure, and tone consistency in English.
  • Support multilingual adaptation (French and/or Portuguese a strong plus).
  • Track references, maintain citations, and prep texts for publication (abstracts, bibliographies).
  • Collaborate with founders/researchers to iterate quickly from outline → draft → final.

Must

  • Excellent written English; strong editing for structure, logic, and flow.
  • Familiarity with EdTech/HRTech/future-of-work topics.
  • Academic writing proficiency (citations, abstracts, references; APA/Chicago/MLA).
  • Basic AI-tools proficiency: use GPT-style assistants for outlining, language polishing, headline/CTA variants; prompt responsibly (fact-check, cite sources, avoid hallucinations).
  • Working knowledge of Google Docs/Drive, Notion, and a citation manager (e.g., Zotero/Mendeley).

Bonus

  • Proficiency in French and/or Portuguese.
  • Experience publishing on Substack/Medium/LinkedIn.
  • Light familiarity with AI for content ops (e.g., style guides as prompts, checklists, version control).
  • Interest in European higher education and digital-skills policy.

What we offer

  • Part-time / flexible, remote.
  • Work directly with founders at an early European AI startup.
  • Fast portfolio growth across academic and industry formats.
